Solstice
Wild Rumpus and Battersea Arts Centre.
I designed the immersive, promenade experience for Solstice, which marked the first year of Wild Rumpus’s collaboration with Battersea Arts Centre. Inspired by the natural world, the design brought the outside inside, transforming spaces throughout Battersea Arts Centre into a journey through the seasons.
Audiences moved through a series of immersive spaces shaped by puppetry, natural materials and textures, encountering moments of play and discovery along the way.
